LLA runs activities for people living in central/north Leeds and beyond. The organisation was founded 2001 in the inner city Little London area of Leeds to undertake community based artistic projects. A wide range of activity has taken place including special projects linked to the area's history and environment, with a book, 'A Little Bit Of History'
published in 2014, as well as working with various educational, cultural and community organisations across the city.
We can deliver tailored courses, one-off workshops and events for a variety of requirements, such as open day activities, working with specific groups and partnership projects. All are designed for enjoyment and lifelong learning, but can also help with developing confidence and social skills, relaxation, group/team building, and more.
Our current focus is on providing opportunities that enable people to get out and about, to meet others and benefit from the range of cultural offerings of the city and beyond.
